Designed for tennis and nature lovers seeking privacy and solitude, the property’s stunning views make guests feel like they’re in their own private paradise, providing an experience like no other. Guests have full private access to the 5-acre property, located a short walk from stunning Spring Beach and a 10-minute drive from the Maria Island ferry terminal.
Ideal for couples, The Pavilion is a sustainable, compact and practical space designed for guests to experience the privacy and natural environment, whilst having everything to make your stay comfortable.
The Pavilion’s design incorporates several sustainable design features, including rainwater as the source of water and natural heating from the sun (concrete floors throughout trap the sun’s heat and double-glazing throughout) and wood-heater using old wood sourced from our 5 acre block.
There is a main bedroom with a king size bed with luxurious linen bedding with full-width opening doors overlooking the tennis court, surrounding hills and horizon.
The Pavilion features high quality additions such as the Paul Agnew wood heater, bespoke daybeds covered in Catherine Martin fabric, vintage Tessa chairs, Alessi appliances, a full size Smeg fridge and a full size fully integrated dishwasher.
Surrounded by Tasmanian flora and wildlife (including a local wedge tailed eagle, Kookaburra pair, Scarlett Robin and multiple families of green Rosellas), guests have full private access to the property including tennis court with flood lights, secure gate entry, multiple fire pits, bbq, wood fired pizza oven, multiple outdoor entertaining areas, landscaped gardens, bush trails and private outdoor shower
NEW IMMERSIVE INCLUSION: Guests will have unlimited, private access to our traditional Finnish steam sauna and cold shower immersion experience overlooking the Tasmanian bushland and hills of Spring Beach included in the stay, as well as a complimentary sauna pack including fluffy towels, slippers and hydration sachets.
