Tucked just 500 metres from Henderson Lagoon and Steels Beach, Singline Cottage is a charming coastal retreat in Falmouth. Built in 1910, this lovingly restored shack blends old-world character with modern comforts, creating the perfect place to slow down and soak in the simple joys of seaside living.
Step inside to find a beautifully curated space, styled with vintage wares and cosy interiors.
Out back, 2.5 acres of open space offer stunning views of The Sisters Mountain range, and yes—your four-legged mate is welcome too.
The Shack, one of the original homes in Falmouth, Singline Cottage is named after the Singline family, who lived and worked in the area in the late 1800s. The cottage sleeps up to six guests, making it perfect for families, friends, and, of course, dogs.
Three spacious bedrooms: two with queen beds, one with two king singles and a workspace.
A cosy lounge with a wood fire heater, stocked with books, card games, and puzzles—perfect for slow evenings in.
A heat pump/air conditioner for year-round comfort.
TV with local channels, Chromecast, and free WiFi.
A sunny kitchen overlooking the garden, complete with a Weber BBQ, firepit, and a stash of tea, coffee, and pantry staples.
After a day of exploring Tasmania’s wild East Coast, unwind by the fire, watch the tide roll in, or simply breathe in the fresh sea air. Singline Cottage is all about kicking back, embracing the moment, and living the shack life—your way.
